New to 7mm, Need Bbl Twist for 180 gr. Berger Hyb's

Building a .284 Win., 1K yard F-Class rig. Have Barnard P action, remodeling Palma stock with bedding block into F-Class, lowboy bag rider. Have Sightron 50x LR scope. What twist do I need for the 180 Berger Hyb's? 30", 32" finished length?
Kreiger, Bartlein? 4 groove, 5R?

As Ben and Erik said, a 9" twist will work well and is most easily found. I run 32" barrels with my Shehane but have a long fore end. If your stock is short in the front, a 30" might be better. Any of the "Wisconsin Barrel Mafia" (Bartlein, Brux, Krieger) products will provide excellent results. I have never seen an accuracy difference between conventional 4-groove and 5R rifling.
