August of 2025, for a period of one year......

Thanks for pointing that out. I just signed up for the free membership. I'll consider sending saome $ along if it turns out to be as friendly and informitive as the old Savage forum.

The best part of the old forum were the folks who had worked at/with Savage over the years. If the new folks can recreate that somehow it might be worth looking in there.

That's a big red flag. A fake Hodgdon website that almost fooled me a couple of years ago was registered in Iceland, don't know why there.

Iceland attracts those not wishing to get much attention on what they are

Fred Moreo of Sharp Shooter Supply is there as are some of the smart guys from the old forum. The community is growing daily, IMHO, there's no need to be skeptical.

Savage shooters was the first rifle site I joined because my first range rifle was a Savage ( 12 LRPV ) . It was a great site, and if some of those guys migrate over the new site will be the place to go for all things Savage. One of the things I liked is that they didn’t try to sugar coat any shortcomings when it came to Savage products.
