New SAKO and TIKKA Models - SAKO S20, Roughtech, UPR

SAKO S20 - LINK

Sako just dropped their S20 model and it appears it may get a lot of interest. It is a flexible design that is user configurable to some extent. It will be priced between the Tikka and Sako 85 (mid teens). Current offerings are the thumbhole stocked hunter and the vertical gripped precision model.

-barrels are same contour
-butt and forends are interchangable and will be affordably priced as will the mags.
-triggers to be 2-stage
-5/8x24 muzzle
-full chassis underneath
-7-8lbs
-april/may availability
-1MOA 5-shot guarentee

TIKKA T3 Roughtech - LINK

these are back with improved stocks and under $1K - black version is 1 time special order and due in the fall. We have plenty coming, taking preorders now

Coyote Tan Tac A1 - LINK

Tan version of their most popular rifle - they are allowing us to order this version once this year as well and these rifles are due in the fall. We have plenty coming, taking preorders now

TIKKA UPR - LINK

This is basically a renovated CTR with a highly improved stock - available blued or stainless and under $1500 - another 1 time order and these are due in the fall also.

I will update with more info, but this is all I have currently, thanks!

Thanks for the heads up. I just checked your site and liked the pricing on some of your demos and T3s!

And I picked my my T3x 7mm RemMag AND my TacA1 6.5CR within the last 12 months o_Oo_O

That S20 is gonna be awesome. Picatinny mounts directly machined into the top if the action! Pick up some 20 or 30 MOA rings and you're in business.

Just got my new S20 from local dealer. First shots fired and I have to say that I really like this gun! It is 6.5 Creedmoor, precision stock and 2-stage trigger.

Weather was not best for tight groups and scope was my "left on shelf"-scope but anyways did get some first feelings. With handloaded ammo, proper support and better weather this rifle can produce good results. This group was shot with Sako TRG ammo, 8g Scenar bullet. Did try also Sako Range 9,3g FMJBT but it was not so good.

Thanks. Weather was windy and quite cold -10 degrees celsius. With gloves on its more like hunting shooting :D
of course gun was accurate for a factory rifle...but the bolt! Bolt was so smoooooth and I do have Tikka which is smooth. But this is just smoother.
Just waiting Forster dies to arrive from US to make some proper ammo

Is a set trigger an option on one configured like yours? I like my set triggers on other Sakos I have. How adjustable is the two stage?
I think that at this moment only 1-stage and 2-stage are available. Seems that trigger is usual Sako/Tikka trigger setup, some little differences might be, haven't compared yet to my Tikka. As usual you can adjust trigger between 1-2kg. Not sure if Yo-Daves trigger spring would fit to this. Trigger is usual Sako/Tikka quality, very crisp, no creep at all
