The butcher block is 1.75" thick and I tested the over hang by putting 500 lbs on the edge of it. Really no need to support it.That is very nice jthor it looks great! How did you support the overhang?...The t slots are a real nice touch as well I been wanting to do that for a long time.

I didn't really have plans. I just knew what a wanted to build, what I needed and then build it.How about plans on how you built it?
I'm curious, how is the top and back stop affixed to the base?
Thanks.
No leveling feet used.Very Nice , Like the T-slots makes for versatility as you go. Did you use any leveling feet? I may use this design.
Figured I'd share the new reloading bench I've built for the new home I'm about to move into. The top is made from 1.75" butcher block. Enjoy.View attachment 1176462 View attachment 1176463 View attachment 1176465 View attachment 1176464 View attachment 1176466
I like it. Especially since I use my Dillon from time to time, it's nice to only have it on the bench when I need it and being able to move things around.Very nice! Love those t-slots! makes me want to scrap my reloading bench just to have that system.
Big enough for me. I also have additional shelving in the closet for storage.Nice, but in my experience it still isn't big enough.
