Just received the V3 3 days go & the tapered shims today. Tried the package out with the Savage Axis II in 6mm ARC today. Variation from bullet path is only .040" ish over the length of the sensor, without the shim - 1/2 deg in this case. Fairly close to perfect parallelisem when using the 1/2 deg shim. Just starting to play with the magneto speed & other than being disappointed w the missing shims in the V3 setup, early experiences are quite positive.
