The other day I was sharpening a cheap made in pakistan knife. blade was stainless. Hardest darn steel. I may have to stick it in my electric sharpener to kick its ass. or I could make it a project and spend an hour on it. I think I paid 4 dollars for it. good use of time. I will report one of these days, maybe.
