You will never see them used by Nosler, Hornady, etc, etc.
Commercial companies do not use "canister powder" (What we use). They use bulk, ungraded powders, and have to speed test every batch, and adjust their loading machines accordingly.

How do these companies produce a reloading manual that millions of us use if they don't test powders?
