New Hard Cast Bullet Supplier

For many years I have been getting my hard cast bullets for my .38 sp from the same supplier. I thought I was paying a fair price and getting good service. It took 2 weeks to get an order by USPS. After looking around at other suppliers I found Georgia Arms. I placed my order Sunday afternoon and received the order Wednesday. Free shipping by UPS and the cost of the bullets was one third less. The quality is the same. For those of you that shoot hard cast give them a look.

Taking two weeks by USPS is not the shippers fault! Never hurts to "shop around" occasionally. Small sellers come and go. Every time I find a good seller with good product, fast shipping and good pricing, it seems they either go dark at some point or they sellout to another person who either raises prices, lowers quality or doesn't know how to run a business and goes out of business. Been using Missouri Bullet Co and Rim Rock lately since Dardas retired. Seems there was talk of someone buying him out or taking over, anyone familiar with any of that? Since I am in Ga and actually not too far from Ga. Arms, and had totally forgot about them, I am gonna head over to their website as soon as I hit POST!

I’m not sure you can push any lead bullet 1300 fps without leading unless you use gas checks.
Size is king.
Hard cast can be worse to work with than a softer alloy.

When one does their home work, cast can be driven with accuracy and performance at jacketed speeds, if you so desire.

Most, not all CB’s on the market are designed to sell and ship well. Anything else is a bonus.

Truth!

Thanks for the link. They are coated, if coated they dont need to me real hard expecially for handgun calibers. I have been Casting and powdercoating for a few years and I have had good lick with rifle bullets up to about 2500 fps.
