There was a set back with the D-4 project. The employee at PT&G was fired and no one knows what happen to my drawings. Dave has some one else now on the project and there will be one ate the shot show.

Another tool that will be at the Shot Show is the Lambeth/Kiff Savage Firing spring Compessor. Makes taking apart and putting savage firing pins a piece of cake. It can also be used to assist in adjusting firing pin protrution.
They should be available after the Shot Show. Dave is confident Midway will carry them also.

I would buy the D1-4 cathead if it was priced at least close to the Grizzly. I was just looking for one last week for an upcoming short barrel project and was hoping not to have to make one myself.

It is my undrstanding Grizzly is a customer of PT&G and may have an intrest in selling the D1-4 Catheads also.
I tried to convince Shiraz over a year ago to sell a D1-4 Cat head along with the D1-5 and D1-6 they currently sell. His coment to me was there would not be enough sales volume to make it profitable.
