Made it back to my "New Farm" Tuesday night with my Son and added 4 to my Season total. My Son saw 7 and shot a lot but only had one confirmed. He stated several others were visually hit hard but made it back to their burrows.
Wednesday had me back alone and 5 more fell along with a miss on a shot I tried to sneak through the long grass.
Last night resulted in these two that brought my total to 71. The first was a "head and neck only" exposed at 210 yards but at 11.9 lbs. that seemed like a big target. The 80 grain A-Max from my .223AI made short work of him!

Made a move to check out another field and saw this one at 106. Relatively easy shot from the standing position and my tripod. I thought the first was big but this one came in at 14.46 lbs.!

This farm could put a serious dent in World hunger! I saw several others but they all managed to do the disappearing act while I was getting setup. They have revealed their positions however and I will approach them differently now. The Farmer had a herd of Cows out in one of the fields that the long grass made seeing difficult, I hope their hungry!
