Scarborough Fish and Game in ME shoots F class about monthly. (Where I shoot most often when I shoot up here) There is usually a pretty good turnout in F class and AR tactical.
Nashua Fish and Game in NH shoots something about monthly, but as noted the participation is mostly sling shooters. (I’m a member, but haven’t shot a match there in yrs) The MD there puts together a pretty good combined match scheduling spreadsheet that Captures matches from a lot of the local clubs that that I think you can access from the website.
Keene in NH hold matches, I haven’t followed the schedule too closely.
All of the above are currently 600 yds. ()
Forbes rifle and Pistol in Colonie NY (by Albany) has 1000 yds, they do about 4 matches a yr. Last time I shot there there was a requirement to pre register via snail mail so it’s not a Friday decision to go shoot on Sat.
Bridgeville DE has long range, you just have to transit MA, NY, and NJ carrying a firearm and ammo, and lodging is extravagantly expensive. I like the guys there and I’ve shot the range, but it’s hard to schedule for me.
Reade Range in PA is a reasonable haul, but I haven’t made it there yet.
Connaught in Ottawa, Canada was the closest (to me) other than Forbes, but Covid and range maintenance has had that cut off for a couple of yrs. I hear it may be coming back online.
Gagetown in New Brunswick, Canada is a solid drive but it’s a 900M range. I’ve been there a couple of times. Adam Macdonald, the guy who makes the Auto Trickler and the Shotmarker targets is the MD there (at least he was when I was there last).
Personally I find that lately most of my shooting and all of my long range has ended ended up being Butner NC, but they have lost LR till ’24 and PHX.
