Hello, Searching strictly for F class long range matches. New to the sport. Currently a member at my local club, and looking for regional matches. Are there any websites, groups, Forums, ect?
Thanks

Are you the one who posted on Facebook about wanting a temporary rifle, while waiting for parts?y

Yes, luckily found rest of parts for my build, most of them here. Should be quicker than I originally thought. I’m very thankful for this forum.

New Hampshire has an active Highpower league...F-class is just half the size! Check out nhhprl.org for the schedule, or nfga.org under highpower for a regional schedule with points of contact.

Scarborough Fish and Game in ME shoots F class about monthly. (Where I shoot most often when I shoot up here) There is usually a pretty good turnout in F class and AR tactical.

Nashua Fish and Game in NH shoots something about monthly, but as noted the participation is mostly sling shooters. (I’m a member, but haven’t shot a match there in yrs) The MD there puts together a pretty good combined match scheduling spreadsheet that Captures matches from a lot of the local clubs that that I think you can access from the website.

Keene in NH hold matches, I haven’t followed the schedule too closely.

All of the above are currently 600 yds. ()

Forbes rifle and Pistol in Colonie NY (by Albany) has 1000 yds, they do about 4 matches a yr. Last time I shot there there was a requirement to pre register via snail mail so it’s not a Friday decision to go shoot on Sat.

Bridgeville DE has long range, you just have to transit MA, NY, and NJ carrying a firearm and ammo, and lodging is extravagantly expensive. I like the guys there and I’ve shot the range, but it’s hard to schedule for me.

Reade Range in PA is a reasonable haul, but I haven’t made it there yet.

Connaught in Ottawa, Canada was the closest (to me) other than Forbes, but Covid and range maintenance has had that cut off for a couple of yrs. I hear it may be coming back online.

Gagetown in New Brunswick, Canada is a solid drive but it is a 900M range And they hold various events. The shooters in NB were really good last time I was up there. I’ve been there a couple of times. Adam Macdonald, the guy who makes the Auto Trickler and the Shotmarker targets is the MD there (at least he was when I was there last).

Personally I find that lately most of my shooting and all of my long range has ended ended up being Butner NC, but they have lost LR till ’24 and PHX.

This helps a lot. Most of these locations are within 2 hours or less from me. Thanks for the detailed list.

Cumberland Riflemen, Millville NJ hosts monthly Mid Range/F Class 3x600 Matches. Check CumberlandMatches.com for match schedule, program. 2023 schedule will be posted by February 1, 2023.

I shot F Class at Hampden Rifle and Pistol Club over a decade ago, does anyone know if they still have matches at their 600 yard range? I didn't have luck finding a schedule on FB and I think their website is no longer active.
