New cases will not chamber

The shell holder must contact the bottom of the fl die at the top of the stroke.
No gap.

Plus not using the comparator correctly.

This I can not do , because I would push my shoulder back .025 , because it will bottom out before I have contact between shell holder and the die . And I'm using a new Redding die.

I don't know what shell holder you are using but a Hornady shell holder will be thicker than most and let you go down to the top of the shell holder sooner, so you won't push the shoulder back to much. I don't know if that will help, just an observation.

I’d say that you need to measure again, but it occurs to me that maybe when you resized the new cases, you rolled the shoulder a bit. I’ve done that myself, and the case won’t chamber. Don’t have to roll it much, and it isn’t something that’s easily noticed.

Let's back-up a bit.

FLS a case and see if it chambers. No bullet. No primer. No nothing except FLS.

What you've posted makes -0- sense because it's not possible that a case at or below all dimensions of a factory case that will chamber won't fit in that chamber.

Something missing in the provided information.

Perhaps your bullet profile is different enough that you're trying to jam the bullet into the leade an excessive amount, preventing the bolt from closing. But to determine that, let's start with an empty FLS case.
