These 4 new cases are a welcome addition!
Especially since i have (2) 280 Rem.
And an AI is on the short build list.
Current build is a 7mm-08AI, planning on using your brass.

Still awaiting a 7X57, or 8X57.
A lot of cartridges based off of those!

I'd love to see some 218 Bee by Peterson. Heck, I'm still reloading old Bee brass that I saved from back when me and Teddy Roosevelt used to shoot passenger pigeons. They're so thin that ya can hold them up to a strong light and see through them. Gotta be careful that when ya eject them, the wind doesn't take them like a dry leaf. jd

Interesting may have to pick up some of that 270 WSM. Sold a 7-270 WSM Kirby Allen built XP-100 handgun in that cartridge to a rancher buddy.

I want to build a single shot hunting rifle. I wanted 6.5 Gibbs using 270 WIN or 280 Rem. I can get virtually the same thing without ordering a custom reamer or custom dies by going 6.5-280AI. It will be on a Shilen DGA action with a Swarovski 6-24x50 scope. I’m off work because of shoulder surgery. Hopefully I can make this all happen by the end of the year. Maybe even deer season.

If i ever need shoulder surgery, my build would be more along a 25 Souper.

But that's just me.

The 2018 potential product is something that was premature and the reality is that demand for other cartridges was a lot higher. By no means have the WSM cartridges been taken off the radar , but alot goes into product development and tooling costs are very expensive. We hear what everyone is saying and as stated , there will be 12-15 new this year , some of which have been released. Thanks for your input and it's appreciated. As this picture continues to pop up , we've stated the mistake made in being premature at that point and we continue to do product development. Thanks

Norma are the only ones making it with any real quality to it and there's a whole raft of F-class and long range BR shooters who would love to see the next level in quality appear - you guys are capable of doing it, even if it's a 2021 product.

I wonder what would be involved in Peterson manufacturing 300 WSM brass (or any WSM brass for that matter)? Does anyone know the details of Jamison’s settlement with Olin/Winchester? Does Norma pay him a royalty?

I understand he ultimately won this case.

He also holds the patent on epoxy filled stocks. I'm surprised McMillan, B&C, Gunwerks, NULA and others aren't in court over him!

Kills me that someone who never created anything can own the patent on it!

Next he'll patent SRP in a standard sized case head...
