New Barrel on my 22-250 AI Help with quick load data

I have a new Barrel installed on my T&L action and I am ready to start load development, I will admit I have been one of those guys that shoot a few different loads and can randomly come up with something that works without any real science behind it. I would like to start a more scientific approach to load development . Starting with the quick load data and then moving on to testing three different powders using the ladder testing method . If anyone would mind punching in the data in quick load I would appreciate it

Cases (Winchester 243 caliber formed into 22-250 AI )
Barrel 1-12T 26" douglas
Cartridge OAL 2.482
