I want to put a Lilja barrel, (22RF), on a 40X. Who on the west coast that can do this? nilebartram
Guess no 22RF barrel smith on West Coast! nilebartram
Have it coned . No extractor cut needed . Makes it easy .I thought rimfire barrels were different than center fire. I have a friend that worked for Lee 6 rifle company. He does my center fire barrels, but he does not have a mill to do the extractor cuts, too bad. Thanks for the reply, nilebartram

I used Loc-Tite 609 for my Anschutz 54, and would personally do that to other slip-fit receivers. So when you coned the barrel is it glued to the receiver? nilebartram
Steve Kostanich in Chehalis, Wa. could do your work. Primo gunsmith and reasonable fees.I want to put a Lilja barrel, (22RF), on a 40X. Who on the west coast that can do this? nilebartram
It's installed the way it was if it wasn't coned . I mean if the receiver was threaded and the orig barrel was threaded then it would be threaded .So when you coned the barrel is it glued to the receiver? nilebartram
