Need to have extractor

I need to have a extractor installed in a Remington 700 BDL 7MM Mag. I live in Delaware. Is there anyone in the Delaware area or in close proximity to Delaware. Pa, or Maryland that I can send it too and have one installed, I had one installed on another rifle a Sako extractor and it is fine. I bought the rifle used I went to shoot it yesterday and I fired one shell and thats where the empty stayed in the rifle. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Lou

are you looking to have factory extractor installed or milled and a sako extractor installed?
