Need help deciding on what to build

I am new to the accuracy game. I got hooked shooting P-Dogs with my father. He shoots a 6mmBR and will be my smith for the build.

My goals for a build are
Accurate to 1000 yards
F-Class legal
Field usable, able to shoot from mobile bench at P-Dogs)
I would like barrel life of 1500+ rounds. I could live with less if it means getting the right cartridge.
Right Bolt left port single shot action,Bat M or MB I hope)
32 to 36 power scope
Keep cost to $3500 or so.

My thoughts for cartridges are
6.5 WSSM
6.5-284
6XC
6MM REM AI
25-284 OR 25-06
243AI
260AI
284
6.5 Creedmore

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cartridge opinions are like as...everyone has them. I would probably choose a 6br or maybe BRX/Dasher. Any of these would get you extended barrel life over all you have listed and are accurate at long range. Can't go wrong with a BAT action, I like the 3lugs...its a sickness really;). Although I am not an F-Class or prone shooter, most I talk to prefer a RBRP so as it requires less disruption to load on the right. I'd opt for a full blown F-Class open style stock as it can be used for the type of varminting you are talking about. Get the best glass you can afford with adjustable power preferably, or fixed power in the 24X range. Too much power is a BAD thing on certain days. Nightforce 12-42BR would be my choice. Since you may not be paying any gunsmithing fees, $3500 may be do-able with glass included. For a full blown F-Class rig using the finest components, most qualified smiths would probably start in the $3000-$3500 range without optics.

Tightneck

Your probably 100% correct on the RBRP thing but my mind says RBLP.
I am probably hooked on this concept since I see some record holders shooting them but not for real practical reasons. I guess I will probably regret the RBLP but will then have to practice untill I get it down. Any reason to shoot right.

Hey, you don't have to convince me, all I shoot is RB/LP/RE...except from a bench. I can't get comfortable with a right port anymore.
