Need clamp-on front sight base

I need a clamp-on front sight base just like a Lipski .
I can not find them or anything like them anywhere.
I plan on putting Parker Hale or Lyman target front sights on a rolling block and a Mauser 71/84 so I do not have to alter the barrel.

Brownells used to sell them so there has to be some somewhere or a duplicate.
