Need bottom for Farley top

I just recently bought a Farley rest top used and not sure what bottom to get for it. I bought it to use as a second rest to shoot and site in some play rifles and 22s. Not to sure what bases it will work on and if their are different size threaded posts for different bases if you know what i mean. It does have a post on it. I have looked at the Sinclair base but looks as if it may not be as heavy as i want. The Hart base looks nice also. Do you fellows have any suggestions on what you think would work best for that type of top i will be using and will not empty the wallet to bad. Thanks.....DAN......

The Hart, Sinclair, and Bald Eagle weigh almost exactly the same. Why not change the post to 1" and get a Caldwell base.

Dan, you can use a Sinclair smaller post if you can also can purchase the bottom insert that fits into the bottom of a Sinclair rest, that's the part that the handwheel rest upon. That insert will drop straight into a Caldwell. I'd call Sinclair and see if that part is available. I've found over the years that they have parts that are not listed that they'll sale if you ask.
