Need advice B&A trigger

I have a B&A trigger that the pull is tooooo light it's like 18 grams, I was going to lighten it but the set screw is all the way in, instead of being normal looking it's screwed in deep...what are the steps or should I send it to Bullet Central, I would tackle it but I need a good video I don't understand why the adjustment is all the way in, I bought this rifle used and it's been light from the beginning too light for me, any advice would be greatly appreciated, action is Defiance Deviant single shot

If that doesn’t resolve your issue, I’d call Bullet Central. The previous owner may have shortened the original trigger shoe spring, or replaced it entirely.

I got to about 2 oz or 3 maybe but I have some other issues I just seen it's a head scratcher...thanks for the help have a great day

These triggers are extremely simple in design. They are also extremely reliable so long as things are how they should be. A little over a year ago I had enough issues with them that I looked into it and came up with the solution. I have been doing this on every rifle I have built for a little over a year now and have not had one come back with a failure since. I have also been doing it for guys that have had trouble and all the reports have been good so I know this works. Early on I also replaced the ball bearings with carbide but have concluded that did nothing, and stopped that...

I need to send it to a good gunsmith, the firing pin under lug has a burr, I kinda smoothed that very lightly with 1500 grit paper, but I think a gunsmith is required, I may change springs in pull wt just gonna tinker right now...thanks very much for the links and advice
