NASCAR for Ukraine

They need a few A10 pilots to join up. that column of trucks and tanks all back up on that road would be easy pickins. the Russians must be supremely confidante that the home team has no way to exploit that mistake or just reckless.
An A-10 wouldn't last five minutes with Russian frontline fighter aircraft in action, with unopposed air superiority.

Yea you are right but no one is talking about A10 without fighter support. According to all reports there is no Russian air support. Maybe they are afraid of the ghost of Kyiv????

Fellas....One million rounds is only symbolic. That amount
of ammo would only last in less then a mad minute. If there
was a 25,000 man Army, that amount of ammo would equate
to one 40 round mag per soldier. I applaud the intent, but
needs several hundred more like him to add to the count.

Get one of those Turkish drones and fly it in Childress color's.
Nothing like a little nose art to make a real statement.
You may be right, but at least its someone doing something. And, I'm sure that whomever gets that ammo will be glad they have it, its not going to win the war, but neither will a glass half full attitude.

One Russian for every 200 rds, 5000 dead conscript soldiers. Very poor prairie dog percentage but something NASCAR could brag about(if the corporate pc office doesn't shut it down).

Nope, it's Iranian.

I wonder who he meant at the end when he said, "Go get him." I'm afraid this is the sum total of what I watched from the SOTU address so I am at a loss.
He also reminded everyone that deer don't wear Kevlar vests...so its time go after the AR15's and high cap. magazines. The Potato Head doesn't give up when it comes time to disarm Americans.
Then you have that idiot behind him, sucking on her dentures jumping up and down like a fool.

On Fox news Richard Childress, who owns a racing team and is a director for Ammo Inc, announced he will purchase one million rounds to donate to Ukraine. It wasn't clear who would manufacture these, but the plan is ASAP. A man of action!

Sure would like to know who he's purchasing the ammo from.....I'll never buy another one of their products.

Relax. "It wasn't clear who would manufacture these, but the plan is ASAP."

In other words, it's all preliminary and may never happen at all. And who will actually follow up on it in this sound-bite era when old news is day-old news? Childress may well mean it, but he gets the credit for it even if "reality intrudes", e.g. the ammo is unavailable, is already allocated, or it's impossible for a private citizen to actually deliver it to the Ukrainian military (highly likely.)

The "Ghost Of Kyiv" is a hoax. Reuters proved it is a clip from the video game Digital Combat Simulator. I felt confident it was fake news as soon as I encountered it. No brag. If one errs on the side of skepticism online, nine times out of ten one will be vindicated. So I just play the percentages.

Where is AMMO INCs location?

Dunno. But this screen shot is from their web site. Blue/yellow are the colors of Ukraine's flag. The venerable and always handy "free publicity". But I know Childress is sincere.

Just saw a story on Fox news, they were in Wisconsin at the Ammo Inc. plant. They were showing the crates of brass and other machines and said the million rounds were already in Europe. Don't know if it was the same stuff that they shipped, but the reporter pulled a round out of a bucket and it was loaded with a bullet with a nice bright red plastic tip. Looked to be a X39 round.

I guess since russia is already using cluster bombs and other illegal weapons, ukraine could use illegal ammo as well
