Which one should I purchase to try first? Will be shooting Berger 105 VLD only. Would be nice to only purchase one and be done. Lol! Any and all advice is appreciated.

I believe I would go with 140 first. 150 may work just as well but I think 140 will come closer to Varget.

I have a new Dasher I'll be playing with sometime in the future (once i put it together). Did some research online and talked with shooters. N140 seemed to be the recommended VV powder for the Dasher so that's what I'll be starting with.

Machine Guns Montana has decent prices on VV 8 pounders.
I run N150 in my dasher. Strictly because 8lbers were 40$ cheaper than N140. I feel like N140 carries a higher price just being in the same burn speed as Varget. It made me feel better. PRS shooting 105’s in the 2850/2900 neighborhood.

Thanks. Yeah he always has a good supply of VV. I've already got a good amount of 140 on hand tho. Have a few other cartridges to use 140 in as well

I think 540 would be a really good choice. The VV 500 series powders all seem to have good temp stability and give good velocities to hit upper nodes
