I got some videos of these animals last summer on the trail cams and thought they were maybe foxes. After several months of not seeing them I got these videos last week. And now they look more like coyotes, except for the black one with the white tip tail and underbody. Any ideas what they might be?View attachment 1723727

I'm a bit technologically challenged. I bring the SD cards in to my desktop computer to play them. If there's anything interesting I video it with my phone camera from the computer screen as it's playing. My boys roll their eyes....

Makes one wonder if they may have crossed with a dog?
Looks more dog than coyote.

Both mine were taken during the summer months. Fur was not in any kind of prime condition. My brother and father both have taken blacks in the same general area. Our Indiana DNR has reviewed the animals and verified coyote (along with our taxidermist - Hoosier Trapper).

Western guys tell me theirs are all alike.

Look like Kitty getters to me.
Too big to be Fox.

All these have coyote like tail and snout, I'd vote coyote or coydog. All the wrong features for any fox I'm aware of.

Thanks for all the replies! They definitely seem to be coyotes. It appears there are three of them; two with the blackish/brown color and one with the white chest and tip on tail.
