I'm amazed I bought two lbs of Re#26 at My Local Sportsmen's Warehouse. Now it was $52 bucks a lb . Has anyone else found any?

TCM was 14.99 on clearance last week, Lt 32 24.99.
I've seen prices from $34-54 at non-price gouging stores. Seventy dollars at a local rip-off store, but they have it when others don't.

During some channel surfing on the "boob" tube, I stopped on a news channel and heard an interesting word from a guest. He was asked about his thoughts as to why prices kept going up on most things. Part of his answer included the word, "greedflation". Very appropriate answer, I think.

What is TCM?
I recently picked up a pound of Accurate 1680 on the shelf at my local Sportsman's Wharehouse. They only charged me $38. In California we don't have to submit a background check for reloading components, only ammo. I was able to find a 1000 brick of CCI 34 LRP (my local hardware store), not cheap, but that could last me several years of hunting, if not 10 years.
I have also found boxes of Barnes TTSX bullets on the shelf twice in the past year at Sportsman's Wharehouse.

Just bought Fiocchi small pistol primers for $10.99. That's for 150 per pack. Minus the military discount and instant money back from loyalty program. They had quite a few of them. Should have bought more. No limit.

Our SW raised prices on pimers. SPP were up to $7.99 from $5.99. Did luck into some Rem 7.5's for the same price. Pawn shop in tow is, IIRC $129/K and also IIRC, Varget is $68

Yeah, you can't buy ammo in California without going through a background check and registering that in the system. I have never done it as I have been reloading for the past 15 years, but anyone buying ammo today needs to do that. I think that went into effect around 2018, but I could be wrong.
