VERY handsome....and the fluted bolt is a nice touch!!

Are you planning on killing little critters, or paper?

Love the 40X walnut. That is what a rifle is supposed to look like. Too cool!
I couldn't agree more. I am starting to look around for another... Such a great stock. Apparently the "Marksman" from Richard's Microfit is pretty close. In case I can't find something I like.

Great looking rifle. I had a post just like this last summer, now I have number 2.
Love the round. My first has a 40X Kevlar on it. Nice shooting as well, thing is with a rest and a rabbit ear rear bag - that group would even be tighter! So stupid accurate.

Looks awesome, and shoots awesome. Congrats!
Thanks. I'm very pleased.

Do you have a link to your stock?
I don't use rests or rabbit ear bags. I would never shoot like that if the world went south, so I shoot like I would shoot. Nothing against them, just not for me.
What sort of bedding if I may ask?
It's not bedded yet.

Thank you. They are Seekins. They happened to be laying about. Trust me, that’s not the norm.
Nothing wrong with them, and the owner a class act. He made me a one off base for my Stiller Diamondback 6br back when he was just making rings.

Hey, I gotcha. I shoot like that for hunting so why not. I just like to separate me from the rifle as much as possible so there is no doubt who to blame when I miss:cool:
All I know is that it is an original 40 x stock.
Not wood but you might try here. https://www.stockysstocks.com/h-s-p...mpetition-remington-40x-adl-target-stock.html

That's a cool little story. Very cool. What I meant is that I never have relatively expensive things just laying about. I don't have that income.

Thank you. Is that the stock you are running? The HS?
