To qualify this, I’m not a match shooter, nor do I put as many rounds down range. I just give the brake a good spray down with Winchester, Gun Wash, Birchwood Casey Gun Scrubber or similar action cleaner. Works fine. You’re not dealing with burned on carbon at this point. Just greasy carbon mixed with solvent and dissolved copper.
