Mueller scope???

What's the word...go, bad or indifferent.
Had a chance to shoot a friends Savage LRPV 6BR with a Mueller (target) 8x32x44 scope...set on 32 power, scope had a fine cross hair with micro-dot. Retail priced at $279 plus shipping...on sale right now for $220.
Blew me away how clear and sharp this scope is...ordered two just to have on hand to test guns and loads .
anyone have any experience?

Very good for the money but adjustments are not repeatable.

Good glass for the money, but adjustments are fairly mushy just like any cheaper Chinese scope. Not as bad as NC Star or BSA type scopes, but not a whole lot better. My 8-32 Mueller always adusted properly when sighting in. Tho I havent used the turrets for dialing elevation when shooting long range, I wouldnt trust those mushy adjustments for repeatability. But still a very nice scope "for the money".

I tried one for smallbore metallic silhouette. When you adjusted it theres no telling where it would go but it didnt drift off once it was there so for a hunting gun that you wouldnt adjust i think itll be fine for the money.

If you go to their site they have a nice photo as an example of how fine the dot is.
I have one. The optics are very good. The adjustments are a bit soft, however zero does not drift. Parallax adjustment is fine but the yardage marks do not line up correctly ( it was never meant to be a range finder but it would be nice if it were close....e.g. 100 yards parallax free will indicate 70 yards but as stated it is to eliminate parallax not determine range).
In my opinion it is a hard scope to beat for the cost and I find it great for my purposes. (100 and 200 yard bench shooting.)
