Much Kudus to Sinclair

After complaining about Sinclair slow service I have to give them there due. Ordered a new t-7 and got it 5 days later ( I'm in far northern Ca.) Thank you Sinclair for the great service.

I ordered a die from them, to complete a set and it took seven days to arrive. The tracker that accompanied the shipping notification kept changing the projected arrival date, and when I clicked on the shipping details it came up blank every time. This was the longest time I've ever waited for an order to arrive from them. An order placed with Primary Arms over the Christmas rush arrived here in only three days (2-3 times as far away).
 
I may have spoke to soon, placed an order around the 21'st of December was shipped on the 24th and still nothing. This was not free shipping either,I would think with all the complaints they would check into some other method. Can't say I will never shop there again but I will look for Item elsewhere first and shop there as a last resort

I think it's premature to lay blame at the feet of Brownells.There are few vendors left that carry an inventory the size they do to service our hobby. They provide vary generous support to our hobby and law enforcement. They actively support the NRA to maintain our 2nd amendment rights. At the speed this country is going in regard to it's suicide mission , you might wake up one day and it's gone, legislated away. Have some understanding my friend and patients.

Nothing I can do no but wait, not the first time.

I got side tracked ,I'll just sit back and watch it snow.
 
Sloooow shipping is the main reason why Brownells/Sinclaire has become my last resort. About a year ago I took advantage of a free shipping offer from Brownells. Seeing that the item had not been shipped for four days I called and was told that the free shipping orders were low on their priority list behind overnight, 2nd day and paid for shipping. I was also told that orders coming in 2-3 days after mine were given priority because the shipping was being paid for by the customer. Pissed me off!
 
I get that, but quit dragging retailers through the mud about it unless you have done the research to support yourself.
Go back through this forum and see how many folks have gave up on Brownell's because of there slow shipping? Not just me so give it up ......Have a great day

I'm with you on this, Brownell's has a lot to do with shipping unlike a lot of folks think.
 
Hey !! IT's Christmas season. What do you think happens ? OP, you are in "far northern CA". That's what happens sometimes up there when it gets really busy. Right ? I had a mortgage check in the USPS West Sacramento CA main hub Sat AM and the check was cashed Monday PM in Arkansas. Shiat happens. Del Norte ? Modoc ??
 
USPS is having problems, plus the other shippers are bottle-necked. Sinclair's has always been great for me.

Several Post Office Employees were fired in Baton Rouge for throwing mail away! See the posted story below!

Plus theft of packages from all carriers are at a all time high.

I've had shipped bullets dissapear in the Dallas Bermuda Triangle twice in the last 3 years using USPS. Last time in a small flat rate box wrapped with the HD tape with fiber.
 
They can all be very slow at times. I ordered some in-stock Kleinendorst bolt tools from Bruno’s on the 2nd, they just shipped them this morning on the 7th.
