Went out for hogs last Friday evening. One of the guys had a thermal imaging scope and it was amazing to see how well it worked. Pulled into a plowed corn field, and scan with the scope. Could see all the deer and pigs. We eased up on a group of 5 pigs in the dark in a Jeep, then hit the lights.

They just stood there, butts towards us chowing down on the corn. So we lit'um up. My Savage 308 shooting a 178 ELD-X made short work of one. Two others down, two ran off into the darkness. Meat for the smoker!
