I somehow brushed the sling swivel in the dark, it popped out of the flush cup, and my rifle crashed to the ground, landing directly on my Pulsar thermal. Could not get it to zero after that, so sent it in to Pulsar. They initially told me it was not repairable and NOT covered under warranty, which is perfectly understandable, They offered a 30% discount on a new one. Nice gesture and I was ready to do it.
Then I explained that I had been having zeroing issues before that, and a rep had told me to send it in. I politely asked them to maybe factor that in a little. They decided to replace the scope under warranty, which saved me $4100!!
Can't thank them enough. They've helped me twice now.
