Using Varget with a .262 bushing my best group today was .455 This also was using the BIB 108
No chronograph readings today as I went late and there wasn't enough light to run them thru.
I'm not real sold yet using the BIB for long range I need to test it and see what happens. I seem to show a bit of vertical this is why I tightened up the bushing and dropped back the powder charge hoping to rid the vertical. This is not to say the BIB's won't shoot or do well what I'm seeing may not be nothing but I have to keep in mind with my experience in seeing vertical using VLD's there effects at greater distances as well. This is my first using a FB bullet and there has been quiet a bit of mirage in my last outings. I may just wring them out and see what happens side by side with the Bergers on our first 600 yd match in Oak Ridge.
Another note: I have found that testing for the 22 dasher and 6 Dasher the 22 is a lot easier to tune and much more accurate. I can't answer why this is so but I have 2 6 Dashers and 2 22 Dasher barrels for my LG and a 22 Dasher chambered for my HG and I have no problem shooting sub 1/4" groups at 200 yds and sub 3/8" groups at 300 yds with any of the 2 rifles or barrels.
