Feb. 10, anyone going? Any good?

Last time I was there probably upwards of 10 years ago, as long as you wanted 30 kinds of beef jerky, fake Japanese samurai swords 30 round clips for your machine guns, etc. etc. etc. you were good to go. Maybe things have changed hopefully they have. 25 to 30 years ago it was an awesome show and usually went to every show for quite a few years. Couldn’t pay me to go back now.

Well that bites. My last trip there was 00, our crew spent a pile that day.
Everything changes.
Are there any good shows?

Common ammo., AR stuff, China-made soft rifle and pistol cases. A good offering of automatic knives. Some cool vintage rifles and optics usually with some visible miles on them. Low-end optics.....You can kill a few hours there and most likely find something to buy that you don't need. I usually go to one of those shows per year, just to support the thing through my admission fee, then grab something to eat at one of the may places to go in Monroeville.

Last time I was down, the best part was stopping at Quaker Steak
and Lube on the way back to Erie, for wings and beer.

They had the big collector gun show there decades ago. I think you had to be a member to go. This was in the 1980s, and they really had the good stuff. Good times back then. Now I cringe to go to gun shows.

It’s sad so many gun shows have gone down this path.
