will butches bore shine clean that stuff out of the barrel
going back to naked bullets
if not what will??

Dawn Dish soap takes most or it off the bullets. A bore brush with solvent should take it out of the bore after enough time. There is also a solvent marketed to take it out, but not sure you want to get some for a one use scenario.

I also tried and gave up on moly several years ago. 10 minutes of soaking in G.M. Top Engine Cleaner, then tumbling in an old bath towel took it off the match bullets. Tried soaking the barrel w/ G.M., bronze brushing, soaking, etc. No matter what I'd do, patches kept coming out white. It was explained to me by some very experienced people that all the moly will never be removed, since it was burned/baked into the bore surface by the extreme temperatures of the burning powder,s). If some remained, when thereafter using "naked" bullets, it did not seem to matter.

0000 steel wool wrapped around an old brush,enough for a tight fit in the bore,ad a little JB bore paste mixed in oil. Scrub the bore.

I did this after several hundred rounds of moly bullets in a 22 PPC when I went back to naked bullets it shot just as well as always.The bore looked real nice after this treatment as the bore scope revealed most of the carbon was scrubbed out just ahead of the chamber.

Bore Tech products makes a product called Moly Magic which will remove moly from the barrel. It worked very well on my wife's gun that we bought used that had moly shot in it.

Hollands guns used to have some stuff that he mixed up that would take moly out, give him a call and see if he still carries it .

Just clean your barrel as you normally do, shoot your
bare bullets, and don't fret about it.

cleaned it as normal with butches bore shine and made a couple extra swipes with a cleaner that has ammonia in it
shot really good yesterday so as alf said, don't worry about it
