Moly Coated bullets (updated opinions)

Whats the best way to get them out of the water? What did you do to remove all the excess moly between those 2 paper towel pictures and polish them?
I pour them through a strainer into a separate bowl and strain off the excess liquid you can also reuse the liquid then they go onto the paper towel and the tray and dry them with the heat gun as seen in my pictures then I pour them into a tube sock or cut off the sleeve of a shirt and tie a knot in one end of it to make a long tube then I lift each end of the tube alternately rolling them back-and-forth inside the tube at least 50 times sometimes 100 if I’m feeling energetic when you dump them out they will look like black chrome just like in the picture

If you mean the picture with the flower pot that is not carpet either that is gravel in my driveway I thought better lighting would make them shine even better for the pictureACD6AD20-4D9C-422B-8008-5CC1AF74137E.jpeg

I use emptied 1 pound powder bottles. I keep 3 bottles for the process. 1 lid has holes drilled in it. I fill two bottles with 250 Bullets and my recycled moly/water mix and put them in my thumbler tumbler. After three hours I remove the solid lid and replace it with the one with holes and pour the moly/water mix into a storage container ( old peanut butter jar), them fill the bottle with fresh water to rinse the bullets a few times and then pour the now separated Bullets onto a bath towel. Once all the bullets are on the towel I use the towel to dry and polish the bullets all in one step. Then place the bullets back into the original box for storage. I replace the bath towel every few months with an old unused one from the house. Very easy, great results.

I recently purchased a bunch of moly coated Sierra bullets from a member here to try. I was going to just load them and shoot them but my barrel maker suggested to me that its best to start a new barrel with moly and stick with it. Switching back and forth requires a super cleaning session to get the moly out of the barrel and he said moly over carbon is even worse. I dont know because I have never shot them but I set them aside to try with my other new barrel when the time comes.

I moly coat all my jacketed rifle bullets. One thing that is very noticable with a borescope is the reduced wear on the barrel. The useful life of the barrel is increased.

I use the Lyman method, and the results are so good I haven't needed to try anything else.
