Model 70 Follower Length

I have a Model 70 SC gun in 338 Win Mag. The mag box is too short for the COL I want to use. I've sourced an H&H length box, ejector, and bolt stop. I can't find a follower for the H&H box. I'm wondering if my standard mag follower will still work. I notice that it is already shorter than the standard mag box with the spacer, so maybe feeding will be okay. Maybe someone else has done this?

You could remove the spacer in the existing box, and try it out.
I once had a M70 SA, that that was done to. Same follower, fed fine.

MGW, Midwest Gun Works, has a lot of M70 parts. They may, or Stockys may have some comparison data pages concerning M70 actions.

They are somewhat proud of them price wise. Check the clearance section on that site. I've seen a few deals from time to time.
