Mixing powder

I am going to mix 5 lbs of Varget (different lots). I am thinking of putting them into my Franklin arsenal tumbler and rotating the drum by hand. I am a little concerned about static. The drum is lined with rubber, is this safe?

Powder is coated with graphite to mitigate static. It SHOULD be ok.

If the OP insists on doing this (I’ve done a similar thing) be sure to perform the action outside in an area without burnable objects nearby.
