We are just over a month out on this match. It is shaping up to be a great one. 160 rounds for record should settle who is the top shooter. This is worth the trip if you haven't shot at BRRC in St. Louis. It is truly a world class facility. If you haven't already sent your registration, please get it in the mail.

Ryan, you definitely like to shoot!! I see a opportunity for breaking records here with 8x20 at a registered match. Pete recommended I shoot a couple 200- 20x relays so we have a goal. Lol. If he would show me how to do that I would be glad to follow his lead. It was hard to go back to the loading bench after raton but I am already hard at it preparing brass. I got 2 to load for at this one.

Well I got Pete to go with a dollar a relay bet finally !! It will probably backfire on me as I expect a fine performance from him. We are all tied up for the year and this will break it. Good luck Pete, we better watch out for the other boys or we may get swept under the rug.

Man that's a good question, lol. What day is it?? I have been in a dead run since I got back. After that long winter last year I decided I needed more indoor area and I have been hard at it making that happen. I warmed up the scales early this morning but can't get it going at the loading bench. I have 150 loaded and need 250 more. I am loading for my boy as well and I have a feeling he is going to do well with the improvements I made to his rifle. I predict he will place well and am taking him out next weekend for some training. Look out Pete!!!! My kid may be the one to beat.

Pete, you have your work cut out! We are both in good shape and Sam is on a raw meat and razor blade diet. I said something about you calling him a sissy and he is ready to make you pay for that, lol. We'll be ready for you!!!!

I have been told we have some very nice trophies for the winners, I am anxious to see what they look like.

Pete I have the boys ammo loaded and working on mine now. I redid my jam test and made adjustments for the throat wear from raton. I am out for your hide on this one. Lol. Since I have a growing boy to feed and like to eat food myself occasionally, I am going to bring a crock pot of some kind of soup so we have some food on the line. I will set it up where we can grab a cup of soup and eat on the run while we shoot. I will make sure there is plenty for everyone. If anyone else would like to bring chips or whatever to help round up a meal, I think we can keep hunger under control. We are several miles from any town or food source so we better plan ahead.

Yes this match was pending approval by MSSA and NRA when the schedule was made.
The IBS NATIONALS also wasn't settled at the time and was coordinated by John Ross and now will take place in Oct.
