Mirage shield

Anyone know the best place to get the slightly curved mirage shield online? I’d like to order a couple. I’m not interested in the typical “just make your own out of the plastic window blind material” response. I’ve done this and they suck. They are brittle and I hate them. I’m looking for the ones that Velcro on the barrel. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I’m truly getting sick of transferring the one I own between the 4 rifles I shoot. lol.

Sinclair used to sell them, but lately I have been using these:

Barrel Mirage Shade

The Shade will guide the barrel heat waves (mirage) around the bell of the scope instead of right in front of it, maybe make that .201 group into a .150!!

Just be aware that these are aluminum window blind slats. They are pre-cut with the Velcro attachments included. I paint and clearcoat mine for various reasons, so they end up much thicker/heavier than they arrived. But I'm not sure these are exactly what you're looking for in that they are just a sheet of aluminum cut to shape and painted white.

I use the same ones as Ned. While they are indeed aluminum window blind slats, they come with velcro, are easy to cut to size, they don't break and they work.
