Milling cutter for picatinny slot

I would be interested to hear if a milling cutter is available (not made to special order) to cut picatinny slots like the ones in scope mounts.

.206 slot, you can use a 3/16 end mill & then move it. 13/64 would give you .203

Most Any tool and die shop can make you a custom end mill. Id use a 3/16

I think he wants to cut the corresponding slot in the scope rings, not cut the rail itself; of course, it's not all that clear from the post.

I need a cutter with a male side 90 degree for cutting the internal slot,such as the scope mounts ,and not the picatinny slot itself.
