LRPV picatinny base - what’s the lowest height available?

Need to replace Weaver scope mounts with picatinny on a Savage LRPV action (round, if that matters). The rings I’m using won’t fit into the slightly narrower Weaver slots. I’m hoping not to add more height to the setup. Usually EGW bases are the go-to but they’re a bit tall for this particular application. Is there a low profile picatinny style option?

I use Ken Farrel but they are quite tall.
You may have a look at Recknagel products they look quite thin. The 0moa could be a better choice instead of the 20moa one, considering rail thickness..
