Milling an ammo holding block

Or perhaps his block is Teflon (PTFE).

I also have some black Delrin (Acetal) I may use for my ammo block. Excellent low friction properties (almost same as Teflon), very easy to machine, and very strong.

I've made several...out of oak. I used end mill bits, to give me a little room. But, I load the blocks bullet up. Give yourself a little room.

I shoot F-Class, and milled a slot for a timer also. Don't know if that's applicable for you, or not.
