Mike Walker

Hello Everybody,

I wanted to pass on some news about Mike Walker, of .222 Remington fame. In a conversation with one of my customers, that knows Mike well, he told me that Mike is in the hospital and not doing well. So all of us may want to keep Mike, and his wife & family, in our thoughts and prayers, with the hope of him getting better. I had been told that Mike has slowed down over the last couple of years and has all but stopped shooting on a regular basis due to his health issues.

I remember a '94 issue of P.S. with Mike's picture on the cover and a full interview inside. Considering all Mike's achievements, I guess that, in the shooters' community, we all owe him big time.
