I have a Hall actioned 6ppc that was built back in those days, but I know it has been rebarreled so there is nothing about the smith on the barrel. But it came with a handmade aluminum bore guide that locks in with the bolt release. The bore guide came with the rifle and has Seely Masker stamped in it. So maybe he built the rifle. I should call Alan but he was so good last time i talked to him, I don't want to waste his time.
