I have drops of material we use that is a similar to Micarta, but without knowing for what you are going to use it, it is difficult to make a recommendation.

There's probably a pretty good chance its cheaper to buy a new stock than a 4" piece of g10. It can be glued though, but the amount needed to make your own is going to be quite a bit, even if you do it yourself.
You may find what you need on ebay. This is another place. https://www.interstateplastics.com/index.php?vid=XC260117183537-7p.
Factor in extra $$ for tools too. Its hard on tooling. Good luck!
