Kelbly's will get it done for you for around $50 IIRC. They call it nitride, but I think its the same. Pretty good turn around typically.

EDIT: I think ~$50 was what they charged me to get an action and bolt done.

I believe newlon has a contact for somebody that hardens them right- not sure if its melonite but they do come out black
