You are correct Robert. It won't make a bad barrel good, it will just greatly extend the life of the barrel.

If you can't tell if a barrel will shoot in 50 rounds, something is wrong.

I guess I better read what I posted. I don't think I mentioned 6PPC and what does that have to do with it? Melonite QPQ increases the life of a barrel period? I have it on my 30BR and some of my 6PPC barrels. I really don't give a skit if you use it or not. It is good for me and I'll continue to use it.
