measuring headspace/oal

What is most reasonably priced/accurate tool to measure head space and OAL. I've used the RCBS Precision Mics in the past, but they don't make one in 6-284. I have a good pair of calipers. Are the Stoney Point tools decent?

Do the headspace kits by Stoney Point,with shoulder gauge) work with the OAL inserts. I guess what I'm asking is, are the bases the same for both the headspace tool and OAL tool.
