May 7 Status Check - Who's gotten stimulus?

I still haven't. And I don't meet the income excusions. But I didn't get a refund in 2018 ....and I didn't pay in, just applied o/p to 2019 taxes. Was on extension,.

Ironic thing, I won’t be getting one either but had to send them $1187 due to not withholding enough. Girlfriend got hers though so I guess we broke even.

That's funny. Same here. I didn't think we'd be getting any since I worked 8 months in 2019 before retiring. Just showed up in the account. First half taxes due the following week. Sent the county a check for over twice what we got in stimulus. Money moving from one government entity to another all at taxpayer expense.

So I may stand corrected, we shall see how it pans out. Haven’t really studied it that much since I am always a “payer” and never seem to qualify for those “free” gubment checks.

Go to the web site & put in your direct deposit info. Only took me a week to get it. Then I donated it to my grand daughter for her EMT fire rescue school. I could have used it for shooting or golf but figured she needed it more.

Technically, I believe it’s taxable but you will receive a “credit” to offset it. See posts above where “newbieshooter” corrected me.

Not taxable but if you get money back at the end of the year it will be deducted.... If you end up owing them money , it's a gift... So basically it's an early tax refund....
