Folks,
As you may know, we have a Frappr Map that shows
locations of AccurateShooter.com Members and Range locations.

Frappr finally gave me a tool that lets me change "Members" to "Ranges", so now all the ranges should appear as a green icon. On the BIG MAP, http://www.frappr.com/accurateshooters, you can now easily switch between Members and Ranges. You can also search/sort Ranges by name,e.g. "Camp Perry") or location,e.g. "Raton, NM").
Frappr also just released a tool that lets me, as map Administrator, add new ranges without creating new Accounts. This is a big plus.
Now I can add your range to the map if you can't figure it out. Just post a short description in this thread. I need:
1. Name of range/club.
2. Two sentence description of facility.
3. Location,by town, state, and zip). NOTE ZIP is mandatory.
4. Please also include a contact phone number or Range/club web address
,e.g. http://www.myriflerange.com )
5. Latitude and Longitude allows the mapping to be most precise.
If you have a photo of the range, attach that to the post and I can add it to the entry.

If you have a registered Frappr account you can also add range locations yourself. I'm just trying to make it easier for everyone. We currently have 50 Ranges on the map. Let's work together and make it 100!
Note, this Frappr map is incredibly powerful. Once you've located a Range, you can zoom in to see the roads leading to the Range--all the way within 250m radius. Also, you can switch to a satellite view to see the terrain of the Range.
