Used my first Manson reamer this weekend. It did something I'm not used too. It cut on all flutes.
Last 4 reamers I used made by another company only cut on one flute.
Was so happy I called and ordered some of their other tooling.

I only lost one taking the bushing off. Took a little while to adapt some tools to get the right size and angle to get it off. Tried to do it in a gallon zip lock bag to contain the clip but my two hands and my sons two hands wouldn't all fit in the bag!!!!

That comes from careful grinding..... if they don`t let the wheel spark out..... it`ll leave a flute high........ sometimes you can fix with careful stoning.....

At the price of reamers you shouldn't have to stone the flutes to equal them out. After all ain't that what you pay for, professionalism.

Dave Manson is a great guy to deal with. If you have a tech question, Dave will get on the phone with you and give the answers. AAAAA+++++

If manson used screws to hold the bushings on i would only buy his reamers. I have quite a few but prefer jgs. I started with them back before ptg and have been around the block. Just got 3 in last week from jgs and all 3 cut better than my best ptg ever did
